Initiate Me is an adaptable 4 session container for people who are ready to shift and experience Sarah as a coach and a guide. The base of this program is a 1:1 Clarity Session, Soul Mapping, and Inner Child Healing. The rest is up to you. Within these sessions you will have the opportunity get clear on your goals, learn the tools to break through limiting belief patterns, and align yourself with your heart's calling. This is the place where inner work and aligned action meet. Let's go.

1.Clarity Session - Take inventory of your life and identify the gaps between your desires and you action!

2. Soul Mapping - Visual Life Review Timeline and Goal Setting.

3.One Inner Child Healing Session-  Learn a practical and repeatable method for emotional integration so you can work through fears and limitations through Inner Child Work.

4. Light Language Activation- Sound Healing Session- Activation/Energy Work/Tone Field with Colors.

5. Action Plan - Review Goals & Quantify Impact

6. Accountability- Text and Email access to Sarah between sessions for accountability
